In an effort to push through his totalitarian care bill, Obama promised the sky. One such promise was that he would give federal authorities the power to block unreasonable rate hikes. Just like the promise to put negotiations on C-SPAN, the promise to check rate hikes evaporated.

“It was a bold response to skyrocketing health insurance premiums. President Barack Obama would give federal authorities the power to block unreasonable rate hikes,” reports the Associated Press. “Yet when Democrats unveiled the final, incarnation of their health care bill this week, the proposal was nowhere to be found.”

Former Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean says Obamacare was written by Insurance corporations.

Makes sense, considering the fact Obama’s health care “reform” was crafted at the behest of large insurance corporations. “This is a very good bill for insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies,” said Rep. Stephen Lynch, a Democrat, on Thursday. “The insurers still rule,” Lynch added. “Were just pumping subsidies into the current system, but that won’t drive down costs.”

In December, Howard Dean, the former Democratic National Committee Chairman, said the legislation before Congress “is a bigger bailout for the insurance industry than AIG.” Dean characterized it as “an insurance company’s dream.”

Before boarding Air Force One earlier in the week, one-time maverick congressman Dennis Kucinich characterized the bill as “a bailout for insurance companies.” Prior to subjecting himself to Obama’s voodoo — or threats, nobody knows really — Kucinich said Obamacare was designed for Wall Street banksters.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich told the truth about Obamacare in October before he sold his principles down the river.

“Maybe what we’re looking at here is another way that Wall Street’s speculative engine can be fueled, this time with the help of the premiums of tens of millions of Americans,” he said.

“There is no government of the people, for the people, by the people, only the rule of private interests,” writes Paul Craig Roberts. “The Wall Street investment banks, which created with the compliance of the regulatory authorities and the credit rating agencies, ‘toxic’ instruments that were sold world wide, thus destroying the prospects of people in many countries, are devoid of integrity and honor. Their only god is greed. And they control the US government, which is too dependent on campaign contributions to restore regulation.”

Roberts warns this predatory activity will continue with Obamacare.

Obama likes to fly around the country and say he will sock it to the insurance companies, but this is simply empty rhetoric. Obamacare will enrich and expand the power of large insurance corporations. “If a government healthcare plan materializes, it might actually generate more work for insurance companies. A new government program would probably subcontract much of its administrative work to existing insurance companies — which is what Medicare does,” writes Rick Newman for U.S. News & World Report.

Do insurance companies hate Obamacare as Democrats insist? Not at all. This bill is almost identical to the plan written by AHIP, the insurance company trade association, in 2009. The original Senate Finance Committee bill was authored by a former Wellpoint VP. Since Congress released the first of its health care bills on October 30, 2009, health care stocks have risen 28.35%.

In addition to increasing the power of insurance companies, the “socialization” of health care will provide a boost to the Wall Street casino, otherwise known as the stock market, Newman argues.

Discount the fallacious rhetoric of Obama and the Democrats. Obamacare is about profit for large corporations, not the health of the American people.

Back in the 1980s, HMOs were billed as non-profits designed to provide less expensive care. It was all smoke and mirrors.

“Ten percent of all HMO members are in Aetna’s U.S. Healthcare HMO alone,” writes Jeremy Brecher. “They have been joined by chains of for-profit hospitals like HCA Healthgroup, which owned 300 hospitals by 2001. The stock of these corporations is avidly traded on Wall Street. Their success is measured not by the health of their members, but by the profits they can provide to their investors.”

Howard Dean and Dennis Kucinich told the truth about corporate and Wall Street dominated health care because they want a government-run socialized health care system that excludes large for-profit corporations.

Obamacare also aids the banksters in their plan to bankrupt the United States and turn it into yet another third world cesspool mired in staggering debt. “Look for an even tenser decade ahead, made tenser still by any added costs of Barack Obama’s vast new social welfare program,” writes the neocon David Frum.

Frum is right, of course — and a hypocrite. His former boss, George Bush the Lesser, was led around by the nose by a gaggle of warmongering neocon ideologues. He cranked up the national debt by more than $4 trillion. In addition to funding social programs like Medicare and Social Security Republicans claim to hate — but continue to fund — a lot of the money went to funding military expansion and wars against manufactured enemies.

Democrats, Republicans, neocons, neolibs — they all work for the bankers. All the highfalutin rhetoric they continually espouse is nothing more than hot air on the road to serfdom.

“when a government is dependent upon banksters for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives,is above the hand that takes…money has no motherland…financiers are w/o patriotism and w/o decency… their sole goal and objective is gain” – Napoleon Bonaparte 1815

“give me control of a nations money supply and i care not who makes its laws” – Mayer Amschel Rothschild
“I care not what puppet sits on the throne..he who controls the money controls England, and I control the money” – Baron Von Nathan Rothschild 1815

CAMPAIGN FOR STATE BANKS

“the federal reserve is a private institution that is above the law and accountable to no one”- Alan Greenspan
[is this the accountability and transparency of the fed that Bernanke is always referring to?]

“if the American people ever allow private banksters to control and issue their currency,[we did again in 1913] the
people and their children will be deprived of all their prosparity until one day they wake up homeless on the continent their forefathers conquered” – Thomas Jefferson”…
.
“the power to issue and control the currency/money, must be given back to the people to which it rightly belongs” – Thomas Jefferson…

“private central banksters controlling the peoples money are more dangerous to liberty and freedom than standing armies” – Thomas Jefferson

time to END THE FED and big government for good..Ron Paul’s bill HR 1207 to audit the fed, will sadly do nothing,as the federal reserve lawyers will cook the books and make everything look just dandy..an audit of the fed is sadly a waste of time ..the fed must be ABOLISHED..period..immediately
with a new, honest, debt free, interest free, state banking money system, very much similar to Abe Lincoln’s greenbacks issued in 1862,and nearly identical to JFK’s silver certificates issued in 1963,the fed will wither away on its own accord..
state run banks ARE the solution..a new interest free paper currency issued in each of the 50 states backed by silver..the banksters own nearly 96% of the worlds gold that they stole from the U.S. and the rest of the world with money they made from thin air on computers and printing presses… if we went back to a gold backed currency/money,the banksters would quickly take back control of the money system..
we had our money backed by gold in 1929 and the 1930’s..did it stop the great depression? NO! [ although gold would still retain a value 16-20 times greater than silver per the constitution]
each individual state would make their own $1,$5,$10,$20,$50,and $100 paper notes backed by silver[ex: $20 Texas silver note..under that "payable to the bearer on demand $20 in silver [when presented at any state bank, you would receive either $20 worth of 90% silver coin, 20-.999 silver dollars,4 - 5 oz. .999 silver bars,or 2 -10 oz, .999 silver bars],and all 50 state paper notes would be accepted in every state and abroad..having 50 different notes for the 50 sovereign states would make it extremely difficult for the banksters to take back control of the U.S. money system again.. a dollar would be 31.1 grams of silver[ONE OUNCE] as per the constitution..change for the new paper notes would be pre-1965 90% silver again[only 90% silver with 10% copper is hard enough to take the day to day pounding/ movement/exchanging and hold up],and 100% copper again for pennies..a state run honest money/banking system with interest free loans run by the people.. for the people.. there would be only a small administrative fee/ cost of 2.5%, to borrow money to pay state bank employees and mgrs. etc. EX: you[or a small business start up were to borrow $205,000 for a $200,000 house/loan,you would pay back $205,000 over the next 5,10,or 15 years[ditto credit cards],instead of the present parasitic fractional reserve “debt money system” where you would buy a $200,000 house[or a $200,000 loan] and because of compounding interest, you would pay the private central banksters nearly $1,000,000 over 30,40 or even 50 years for that original $200,000 loan that was money made from thin air..nothing
.the banksters in fact didn’t actually “loan” you a dime..THIS IS ABSOLUTE,UNADULTERATED INSANITY..
paying banksters back for money made from nothing + interest..it just blows you away when you think about it..hard to wrap your mind around..the greatest scam ever conceived
the private non-federal reserve is simply the greatest scam, fraud, and deception in the history of the world..bar none ..IS IT ANY WONDER MANY OF US ARE DEAD BROKE AND BURIED SO DEEP IN COMPOUNDING DEBT WE WILL NEVER GET OUT IN A LIFETIME??
60% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck..
43 million Americans are now on food stamps..
state banks/banking would end the healthcare debacle as states would have more than enough money for state supported healthcare for the needy..
inflation would be a thing of the past..
a dollar would purchase the same amount of goods in 2011 or 2050 or even 2111..
remember that America had NO INFLATION from 1800-1913..
not until the unconstitutional federal reserve act was passed in 1913 and the private federal reserve corporation took control of issuing the peoples money,
did we begin to experience run away inflation..
[the ponzi scheme had begun in 1913, and as we all know ...ponzi schemes end very badly]
since 1913, the dollar has lost nearly 98% of its purchasing power..
the federal reserve act has been a dismal, utter failure for “we the people” but a raving, fiscal success for the money changers/banksters and their cronies and corporate buds on Wall St.

DEMAND your state legislators implement state banks/banking in your state,
and end the private federal reserves fiscal stranglehold on America and its people immediately..

You’re wrong, Kurt; you’re just plain wrong. At first glance, the health care reform bill appears to be in the control of greedy insurance companies and their friends on Wall Street. But ask yourself: Who has more experience than, say, Aetna or Union Health & Savings (my health provider), in determining actual health care costs–even as middlemen? The doctors don’t; they’re the ones who often provide free or discounted services to the slugs and laggards who exploit the system and push it into bankruptcy. If you really want a sustainable health care system the insurance companies, who are many, must be allowed to set the price we will ultimately pay. It’s a primary axiom of Libertarianism, after all, that the market should rule. So let it! Those able and willing to pay for health care will get it. Those who can’t or won’t pay must make other arrangements. The local mission church is a good place for them to start.

that system would give something similar to what is there now. Millions of people even if they wanted to couldn’t possibly afford health care. Not all things should be private because it excludes too many people. Who would want a system in which the police only come if you pay them? And they might even come if you’re not insured..

The idea of Libertarianism is to reduce the presence of government in our lives and allow the free market to provide for our needs instead. This is the economic philosophy of Alex Jones and Ron Paul. So, it follows that if health care is to be private, insurance companies must lie at the core of the institutional system provisioning the needs of those requesting health care services. Who else in the private sector can organize it and make it work: the patient paying out-of-pocket? Not likely. Only by pooling risks through the financial inter-mediation of private firms can a private health care system be made affordable. Perhaps by increasing the number of insurance firms costs can be lowered further. My point is simply that private companies are indispensable, if we’re not to be taxed and taxed hugely to pay for a government program, especially a bureaucratic one offering limited choices.

Private corporations will be the government. The purpose of democratic government is to give people a say a voice. The average person simply cannot compete with a corporation who has a lot of money.

No system will ever be perfect and people are required to keep on eye on government.

Private health care will never be available for all. Private all schools and there will be tons of parents who will not be able to afford to send their kids to school, making generations locked to a lower class.

WS, you got it all wrong. You are selling into the same idea of a “free market” that a lot of good intentioned dems and reps are. THERE IS NOT FREE MARKET, in this system, brother!
When the rules are dictated by private lobby, and the profits are flowing away from people and into corporate hands. There is no competition, because NOONE can compete against monopoly, by definition.. When gov’t allows the corporation to become a monopoly, you have no competition..
think about the Monopoly, the game, in the end, when one controls most of the market, the GAME IS OVER!
Also,
Doctors a perfectly well can deliver services without a third party. I am one and I can tell you that my cost of complying with all the rules and regulations and my reimbursement do not grow proportionally, in fact, there is a negative trend on the reimbursement side and costs are increasing exponentially. We have to cut services, making care less efficient, and more unfriendly and ultimately, add to the cost of sicker nation. Doctors adapt to these trends by providing the procedures that pay more (more invasive, bulky, new), rather that cheep and established procedures, because their reimbursement is meagre. How is that helping anyone?!
Under a gov’t subsidised, corporate health care model you offer, not only will the quality of service take a nose dive (even more), but the profits will be redirected way from private individuals/corporations and into the pockets of the monopolies.. How is that LIBERTARIAN?

Don’t want to burst your bubble 1984, but if people taught their own kids, it would be free and vastly superior to even private school.

I worked a full time job and still homeschooled my kids. I got free or cheap curriculum at homeschool used curriculum sales. I found curriculum on the internet. I made up my own curriculum.

Nothing magical about it. Now my youngest, a student at “Homeschool High School” just started college on early admission. She had to take a standardized test to get in and scored the highest possible score you could get.

ALL homeshooled kids are like this.

Similarly, we don’t need public health care either. In fact, I’d guess…how much do you think?…half of all health care costs would evaporate if unmarried people kept their knees together and married people only slept with each other.

Then, another….oh, I’d guess 1/3…might be trimmed off if we were to use homeopathic (cheap) remedies, ate properly so that we got the right vitamins and minerals, exercised and spent more time in the sun getting vitamin D. And got rid of flouride, aluminum cookware, amalgum fillings and any/all additives to vaccines.

If pharmaceuticals and surgery became the absolute last treatment option, used only as a last resort, not only would health care costs plummet, but how happy we’d all be.

Did anyone notice that the above things are all Biblical and God’s intention for us, and they are the only things that will work? If we followed God’s requirements for us, we’d all be healthy, happy and successful. You don’t even have to believe in God to realize that this is the best way for us.

Wesley,

If it were truly free-market they would allow you to shop for insurance across state lines. But this bill forces you to buy from the “To big to fails”.

Good point, fanfare. My point, however, was to express my preference for private over public health care, not to express a preference for Obamacare as such. Still, I’ve always wondered, in their criticism of Obamacare how many people realize what public and private options really entail? Do you want Big Government or do you want the free market? Those are the choices. Because if you’re for the latter, you’re going to have to deal with HMOs, Aetna, Afflack, and so on. That’s reality.

I should have added that doctors also overcharge Medicare and Medicaid, making these programs too costly and likely to fail, or face cutbacks with services cut back or terminated.

How is the individual mandate “libertarian” in nature? The government will force you by gun point to buy a product from a private corporation. How is that free market? Do you think we’re retarded? If a product is good people will buy it. Forcing people to buy something at gunpoint is not libertarian or free market.

Cubbie, I never said Obamacare manifests Libertarian principles. In my first posting I was merely trying to point out that private health insurance is both preferable to a public system and indispensible to a private one. Implicit in Kurt Nimmo’s attack on Obamacare is the idea that private health care providers are somehow evil. I disagree. I think they’re necessary.

My friend, the cost of Medi-Medi rises not because doctors over bills, it may account for 1-2 % of that that majority of that rise is coming from gov’t managing it and your 10% inflation tax. You are ought to make your statements less definitive, when you don’t know how factual they are.
Why are less and less doctors are taking Medi-Medi?
Why is it hard to find a doctor that will take more than 5 minutes with you who takes Medi-Medi?
Why are the reimbursements for Medi-medi doctors are being constantly cut, where the cost of doing business goes up exponentially?

Nimmo never said private health insurance companies are inherently evil. They’re evil when they use the government to force people to buy their product, which is Fascism imo. I agree with you that private health insurance companies are necessary..but they shouldn’t be propped up or bailed out. Let the people choose!

Give poor Dennis a break. He didn’t sell out. Read this, to understand where he’s coming from.

http://www.truthdig.com/report....._20100320/

D.K.:… I just think that those who have supported me over the years should know that I’m not someone who backs down. But people should also know that I always had my eyes open about developments to see if there’s any danger out there. I’ll let people know about it. And the danger that I see here is that if the thing goes down, we’ll really going to be stymied. And those of us who fought hard a good part of our lives, who, if we help send it down, in the end we’ll not receive the gratitude to which we think we’re entitled. I appreciate talking to you because we’re always able to have some free-flowing discussions. I appreciate it.

P.S.: I appreciate it too, Dennis, because we know you as, of all the politicians in the country, you’re really one of principle. I was really genuinely curious because I couldn’t see a deal, and I couldn’t see what you were getting, and you were so strongly against this bill and I think that I do understand better now where you’re coming from.

D.K.: Well, l appreciate it. Some people were saying, he was on Air Force One and he sold out for a ride on Air Force One. I don’t need a big plane to make a big decision. Others say, there was some kind of vegan conspiracy, that’s what Limbaugh’s latest line, or that Elizabeth is going to get a job at the White House. She already has a job. Or that Limbaugh’s other lines is that my wife is a gazillionaire. I don’t know what a gazillionaire is, but if it means anything, anyone who has got a bank balance that goes beyond… Four figures every month, my wife may not qualify. But it gets to a point where things lose coherence here. And where the center is not holding anymore. And there’s a level of chaos building that actually works against principles of self-governance, so I’m hopeful that if this passes we can use this as momentum to get to a bill on a range of concerns. If it passes, maybe it means that the Obama administration can hit the reset button and work on economic policy in a way that they haven’t been able to. Maybe it will be a chance to give this presidency a boost so he can go back to help more people get jobs and more people stay in their homes and have a stronger hand in a wider range of things, not only domestically but foreign policy as well. So we’ll see what happens. But in the end, I’m just trying to do the best I can.

“Poor Dennis” sounds like he’s saying that he doesn’t give a rat’s a55 what the people want, but that he’s going to make the decision that HE thinks is best, and that in fact is best for “poor Dennis.” If so, he’s no better or different than the rest of them.

Also, if he wants to “do the best I can” then maybe he should ask his constituency how they want him to vote and then vote that way. And, he might want to reveal all the “secret agenda” stuff to them first so they can make a proper decision.

But that’s not going to happen because politics is the same as professional wrestling. At least with wrestling, the show is better.

So many lies and deception, first off the USA is a corporation, not a government. It won’t take
much Googling to figure that out.

Second, if the “government” is going to step up its meddling with “health care” then what do we have? I think the popular word these days is “oligarchy.”

If you end up in an ER room, the law requires the careful among us to pay for the risk takers.
The skateboarders, professional fighters, football players etc. Risky behavior sure looks better when state subsidized. Witness military recruitment.

So let’s step up the Sovietization of Amerika, so we can repeat WW2 on American soil and make the banking cartel that much stronger. Nazis versus Communists all over again funded by the Don Kings of the monetary monopoly.

Barack Hussein Obama their puppet has forged a document providing them with exactly what they were looking for, he has sold out the United States of America just as he was picked out from the crowd and told to do. Obama is an American traitor, not a deal maker. This will be the end of the United States of America forevermore from this day forward if this Bill gets passage in the House and the Senate.
