Robert J. Rowen How to treat anxiety without drugs

How to treat anxiety without drugs
On Wednesday, I showed you how the American Psychiatric Association has classified grief as a disease. They, obviously, want you to take their antidepressants. Well, they already consider another normal human emotion, anxiety, as a disease.
Of course, the APA wants you to take drugs to calm you down. But a new study shows you don't need drugs. There are some tested nutritional remedies that can work wonders. And another new study confirms it.
Why I call this "natural body armor" against inflammatory fires...
Not only does it contain 9 of the best nutrients for taming inflammation, it includes them at levels up to three times higher than other supplements.
Plus, it's the only one to include a remarkable discovery that quenches the fire in every part of your body-so you get fast relief.
A review report found that extracts of passion flower, kava, and combinations of the amino acids L-lysine, and L-arginine had positive results. The researchers also found that magnesium, a mineral well-known for its power to balance out your sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous system, showed promise. The authors called for more studies on nutritional/herbal remedies as there are minimal side effects.
I'd sure rather see my patients, if they really need to take something, try one or more of these than a petrochemical brain suppressor. There are many products containing these singly and in combination on the market.
If they don't help you as much as you would like, please talk to your integrative physician about it. They might be able to tailor a formulation for your specific needs. I've found this often works better for my patients.
Yours for better health and medical freedom,
