How to completely reverse rheumatoid arthritis without drugs

Rheumatoid arthritis can be a severe disease. It can dramatically damage joints to the point of rendering them almost completely useless. The idea that diet could play any role at all in this disease is completely ignored by conventional rheumatologists. But what if they are wrong?
I'm here to tell you unequivocally that they are wrong. I have seen firsthand documented rheumatoid arthritis patients go into a complete remission simply by changing their diets. And now, at last, a single-blinded controlled study proves the effect. Hopefully rheumatologists will pay attention to it.
Researchers took a group of 53 patients with rheumatoid arthritis. They measured all of their laboratory values, symptoms, and physical findings. Then they divided them into two groups. One group remained on their regular diets. The other group went on a 7-10 day fast. And after the fast, they went on an individually adjusted vegan, gluten-free diet for three-and-a-half months.
At the end of the 3.5 months, they added in dairy products. They stayed on that diet for another nine months. At the end of the year, the researchers re-examined both groups. And the results should make all rheumatologists pay special attention to the old dictum, "They didn't teach me everything in medical school." Here's what they found out.
"For all clinical variables and most laboratory variables measured, the 27 patients in the fasting and vegetarian diet groups improved significantly compared with the 26 patients in the control group who followed their usual omnivorous diet throughout the study period." One year after the patients completed the trial, the researchers re-examined them again. And even a year later, the results persisted. And here is the interesting part.

The food allergy testing they used was of no help. This doesn't surprise me. I think too many people depend on food allergy tests completely to tell them what foods may be a problem for them.
Don't get me wrong. I use food allergy tests. But I've always recognized that there is a good 20-30% error rate in them. That means that there is a 20-30% chance that the foods that are supposed to be okay are not okay, and the same chance that the foods that are supposed to be bad are really harmless.
The only fool proof way to find out if your arthritis is caused by foods is to do what these researchers did. Go on a 7-10 day fresh juice fast (you'll need a juicer). Then eat a vegan, gluten-free diet until your symptoms are gone. Once they are, you can begin to add in meat, dairy, and wheat (one at a time), to determine which foods are causing your problems. In all likelihood it will end up being the foods you currently eat the most often.
Yours for better health,
