  • There are many habits we have that damages our body’s. Do you know the habits you have that damage your kidneys?
    The kidneys are a pair of organs that are located in the back of the abdomen. Each kidney is about 4 or 5 inches long, about the size of a fist. They kidney’s function is it filter the blood, all the blood in the body passes through the kidneys several times a day. The kidney’s removes wastes, controls body’s fluid balance and regulates the balance of electrolytes.
    Disease that are associated with the kidneys:
    -Urinary tract infection
    -Infection of the urethra
    -Infection of the bladder
    -Problems with urination
    -Prostate disease
    -Kidney stone
    -Kidney failure
    -CKD (chronic kidney disease)
    -Pyelonephritis
    Symptoms:
    -A change in urine
    -Change in quantity of urine
    -Dizziness
    -Vomiting
    -Anemia
    -Problems with concentration
    -Difficulty breathing
    -Feeling cold
    -Tired or fatigued
    -Itchy skin
    -Bad breath
    -Pain in the legs
    -Pain in the waist
